Select a cake and a colour, then click "Add to Cart". If you require a gift card, also click the "Add to cart" button. Please specify a date when you will require your item to be delivered. All order specifications and delivery dates will be confirmed by email. If you have any questions about any of our products, please contact us by email at sales@bloomingbundles.com.
- Payment can be made by e-transfer or by credit card or debit card via PayPal. Cash on delivery will also be accepted for local Ottawa/Hull deliveries only. All prices are in Canadian currency.
- As credit card and debit card payments are processed via PayPal, no credit card or debit card information is collected or retained by Blooming Bundles.
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your diaper cake due to the availability of certain items. Care is taken to maintain the style, colour scheme and theme, using items of equal value and quality.
Local Delivery Policy (Ottawa/Hull area)
- Orders can be picked up in Orléans or local delivery is available for a flat fee of $15 for areas between Rockland and Kanata/Barrhaven and Hull.
- Upon receipt of your order, we will issue you an email confirming the details of your order and a delivery date. An email will also be issued to confirm that delivery of your order has taken place.
- Please allow at least 24-48 hours from time of order confirmation to delivery for local deliveries. If you require your order delivered sooner, please contact us.
- If you have any special requests as to the delivery of your order, please let us know.
- Delivery hours are from 10am-4pm Monday to Friday. If you require delivery outside of our regular hours of operation, please contact us to make arrangements. We are not responsible for orders once they have been delivered. Our preference is to have someone there to receive the delivery.
- For orders outside the Ottawa/Hull area, we will gladly ship your order via Canada Post. Please contact us for shipping rates and delivery times.
- Pick-up at our location by appointment only.
Shipping Outside of the Ottawa Area
- Please contact us at sales@bloomingbundles.com for shipping rates and delivery times.
- We ship all packages through Canada Post Expedited Parcels. This service includes online tracking at www.canadapost.ca and faster delivery times compared to regular parcel service. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment.
- International customers (U.S. and International): By placing an order, international customers understand that you are responsible for all custom/duty fees. You may not cancel an order after it has been shipped due to customs/duty charges. Please be aware of any charges that you may incur when ordering a package from us before placing an order. Please contact us for international shipping rates and delivery times.
